USB Rechargeable Bike Light with 1200 Lumens and IPX-6 Waterproof Rating

This USB rechargeable bike light is designed for mountain night riding and other cycling in low-light conditions where a clear, steady beam matters. It uses double T6 lamp beads to produce up to 1200 lumens, with a beam range of up to 200 metres. The body is made from an aluminium alloy frame with an acrylic lens, and the unit carries an IPX-6 waterproof rating for wet-weather rides. A power display on the double T6 lamp bead versions lets you check remaining charge before heading out. Six lighting modes cover broad, concentrated and full-beam strong settings, plus weak broad light, breathing flash and burst. Two battery options are available, and selected models include a red tail light for rear visibility.

Features and Construction

The light combines a metal frame with an acrylic lens and a built-in lithium battery. Depending on the model, you can choose a 1200mAh or 2400mAh capacity, each with its own charging time and runtime figures. The six-mode lighting system gives options for different road and trail conditions, from a wide beam to a concentrated or full output, as well as flashing modes for being seen.

Material and Build

The frame is made from aluminium alloy, which forms the main housing of the light. The lens is acrylic and sits over the double T6 lamp beads. These materials are stated in the product information and give the light its physical structure. The IPX-6 waterproof rating means the unit is protected against water ingress from heavy spray, which is relevant for riding in rain or on wet roads. No other performance claims are made beyond those stated.

Size and Practical Fit

Two size formats are available. The small version measures 65 x 39 x 38 mm, while the large version measures 103 x 39 x 38 mm. Both share the same 39 mm width and 38 mm height, so the main difference is length. The smaller size is more compact for tight handlebar setups, while the larger size gives a longer body that may suit riders who prefer a more substantial light on the bars. Mounting hardware is not specified in the source information.

Uses and Placement

This light is intended for cycling at night or in poor visibility, including mountain night riding. It can be used as a front headlight on its own or paired with a tail light on the double lamp versions that include one. The six modes support different riding situations, from steady high output on unlit trails to flashing modes for being noticed in traffic.

Event or Professional Use

For organised night rides, training sessions or mountain biking after dark, the 1200-lumen output and 200-metre range provide a forward beam. The concentrated and full-beam strong modes are suited to faster sections where you need to see further ahead, while the broad strong mode gives a wider spread. The breathing flash and burst modes can be used when you want to be more visible without holding a constant high beam.

Everyday Home Use

For commuting or regular evening rides around town, the weak broad light mode and flashing options help extend runtime. The 1200mAh version offers up to 7 hours on low light and 5 hours flashing, while the 2400mAh version offers up to 15 hours on low light and 10 hours flashing. The power display on double T6 lamp bead versions makes it easier to check charge before a ride. USB charging means you can top up from a computer, power bank or USB mains adapter.

Benefits and Buying Value

The main practical benefits come from the combination of brightness, beam range, waterproofing and multiple lighting modes. The stated runtimes and charging times help you plan use, and the choice of battery capacity lets you match the light to shorter or longer rides. Selected models add a red tail light, which increases rear visibility without needing a separate unit.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

The built-in lithium battery is rechargeable via USB, so there are no disposable batteries to replace. Charging takes 1 hour for the 1200mAh version and 2 hours for the 2400mAh version. Keeping the charging port clean and sealed will help maintain the IPX-6 water resistance. No other maintenance instructions are provided in the source information.

Why Choose This Product

If you need a bike light for night riding with a high 1200-lumen output, a 200-metre range and an IPX-6 waterproof rating, this model covers those points. The six lighting modes and power display add practical control, and the availability of single or double lamp versions plus red tail light options means you can choose the setup that fits your bike. The aluminium alloy frame and acrylic lens are the stated materials, and the two size and battery options give further choice.
