S2 Car LED Headlight Bulbs with COB Chip and Cooling Fan System

These S2 car LED headlight bulbs are a specialty headlight bulb option for drivers looking to replace or upgrade their vehicle lighting. They use COB chip technology and produce a white light at 6500 K, with a 360-degree beam angle. The bulbs operate on DC 9-32 V and draw 2.5 A ± 0.2 A. Power is rated at 36 W for both L and H, with a lumen output of 8000 LM for L and H. The all-in-one design incorporates a cooling fan system and aviation aluminium 6063 for heat dissipation. The stated lifespan is over 30,000 hours, and the operating temperature range is -40°C to +80°C. Please note these are only partly error-free and not fully canbus-compatible for special cars, and real power output is usually 80–90% of theoretical power, which is normal for this product range.

Features and Construction

The construction centres on COB chip technology and an all-in-one form that includes a cooling fan system. Aviation aluminium 6063 is used for heat dissipation, which is relevant because LED bulbs generate heat during use. The 360-degree beam angle is intended to distribute light around the housing. The white 6500 K colour temperature gives a clean light appearance.

Material and Build

The main stated material is aviation aluminium 6063, used for heat dissipation. This is paired with a cooling fan system in an all-in-one design. The COB chip serves as the light source. These details describe the physical build without making claims about durability or performance beyond what is stated.

Size and Practical Fit

No physical dimensions are provided in the source text. Practical fit depends on selecting the correct socket model for your vehicle. High/low beam options include H4, H13, 9004 and 9007 with 3-side COB LED bulbs. Single beam options include H1, H3, H11/H8/H9, H7, 9005 HB3, 9006 HB4, H27/880/881, 9012 and 5202 with 2-side COB LED bulbs. Always check your vehicle's socket type before ordering.

Uses and Placement

These bulbs are intended for car headlight applications where the socket matches one of the listed models. They can be used for high/low beam or single beam depending on the socket chosen. The operating voltage range of DC 9-32 V covers many common vehicle electrical systems. The wide choice of socket models makes them relevant for a range of car makes and models, but compatibility should be confirmed before purchase.

Event or Professional Use

For professional or event use, the 6500 K white light and 8000 LM output may suit situations where bright, white headlight illumination is required. The 360-degree beam angle is designed to spread light broadly. As with any headlight bulb, ensure local regulations are followed regarding road use. The stated lifespan of over 30,000 hours may be relevant for frequent users.

Everyday Home Use

For everyday driving, these bulbs offer a white light output at 6500 K. The DC 9-32 V operating range and 2.5 A ± 0.2 A input are typical for car electrical systems. The cooling fan system and aviation aluminium 6063 are included to manage heat during regular use. The operating temperature range of -40°C to +80°C covers a wide range of weather conditions.

Benefits and Buying Value

The main practical benefits are the high stated lumen output, white colour temperature, and broad socket compatibility. The all-in-one design with cooling fan and aviation aluminium 6063 addresses heat management. The long stated lifespan of over 30,000 hours may reduce the need for frequent replacements, though this is a stated figure and not a guarantee. The package includes an English installation manual to assist with fitting.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

The stated lifespan of over 30,000 hours suggests these bulbs are designed for extended use without frequent replacement. The cooling fan system and aviation aluminium 6063 heat dissipation are intended to help manage operating temperatures. There are no specific maintenance instructions in the source text beyond not pressing the light chips during installation and referring to the manual.

Why Choose This Product

This product offers a combination of COB chip technology, 6500 K white light, 8000 LM output, and a wide range of socket models including H4, H13, H7, H11, 9005 and 9006. The all-in-one design with cooling fan and aviation aluminium 6063 is a concrete construction detail. The inclusion of an English installation manual supports the fitting process. Buyers should note the canbus compatibility limit and confirm their socket model before purchase.
