Carbon Fibre Front Bumper Spoiler Air Knife Set with Six Pieces and Three Lengths

This carbon fibre front bumper spoiler air knife set is supplied as six individual pieces for bumper modification. The set is made from PVC and finished in black carbon fibre, giving a dark, textured look that suits a range of bumper and trim colours. Each piece uses a paste installation method on the bumper, so the set is fitted by bonding rather than by mechanical fixings. The six pieces come in three lengths: 13.5cm, 16.5cm and 20.5cm. The package weight is 107g, which means the set adds very little weight to the front of the vehicle. This is a practical choice for buyers who want to alter the lower bumper line in stages, using several smaller air knife sections instead of one large spoiler.

Features and Construction

The set is built around six separate air knife pieces, each made from PVC and finished in black carbon fibre. The three lengths allow the pieces to be arranged across the bumper according to the space available. Because the pieces are separate, they can be positioned with gaps or grouped together, depending on the intended layout.

Material and Build

The stated material is PVC, a moulded plastic used for many exterior trim and spoiler parts. The finish is listed as black carbon fibre, which gives the pieces a dark carbon-look surface rather than a plain gloss black. The set is supplied as six air knife pieces, so the construction is modular. This means each piece can be handled and positioned individually during fitting. The source information does not state thickness, UV resistance or temperature limits, so those details should be confirmed with the seller if they are important for the intended use.

Size and Practical Fit

The six pieces measure 13.5cm, 16.5cm and 20.5cm in length, giving three size options within one set. The package weight is 107g, which is light enough that the set is unlikely to add noticeable mass to the bumper. The pieces are designed for the bumper position and use a paste installation method. Because no vehicle-specific fitment list is provided, buyers should measure the intended bumper area and compare it with the three lengths before ordering. The set does not include a stated adhesive, so a suitable product for PVC should be chosen separately.

Uses and Placement

These air knife pieces are intended for front bumper modification, where they can be used to create a more defined lower edge. The paste fitting method keeps the installation surface-based, so the bumper area needs to be clean and suitable for bonding. The set can be used as a full six-piece layout or split across different sections of the bumper.

Event or Professional Use

For modification workshops and professional fitting, the six-piece set offers flexibility because each piece can be placed individually. The three lengths allow the fitter to work around bumper curves, sensor positions or existing trim lines. The black carbon fibre finish provides a consistent look across the set. Professional users should confirm that the PVC material and paste method suit the customer's bumper material and intended finish. No vehicle-specific compatibility data is supplied, so test fitting before bonding is advisable.

Everyday Home Use

For home fitting, the set's main practical point is that it comes as six smaller pieces rather than one large spoiler. This can make positioning and handling easier on a driveway or in a garage. The paste installation method requires a clean surface and a suitable adhesive, but no specialist tools are listed in the source information. The 107g package weight means the pieces are light to hold and place. Buyers should allow enough time for the adhesive to cure before driving or washing the vehicle.

Benefits and Buying Value

The value of this set comes from its modular format, its three included lengths and its PVC construction with a black carbon fibre finish. It is a straightforward bumper add-on rather than a full bumper replacement. The low package weight and paste fitting method keep the installation approach simple, provided the surface is prepared correctly.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

The PVC material can be cleaned as part of normal exterior vehicle care. Because the finish is black carbon fibre, dirt and road film may be less obvious than on lighter trim, but regular washing is still sensible. The source information does not provide specific care instructions or lifespan data. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could dull the surface, and check the bond around each piece periodically. If a piece becomes loose, it should be re-bonded with a suitable adhesive after cleaning the surface.

Why Choose This Product

Choose this set if you want a six-piece carbon fibre air knife kit for front bumper modification, with three lengths in one package and a paste installation method. The 13.5cm, 16.5cm and 20.5cm pieces give scope for different bumper layouts, while the 107g package weight keeps the addition light. The PVC material and black carbon fibre finish are the stated construction details. As no vehicle fitment list, adhesive or weather rating is provided, buyers should confirm those points before purchase. This keeps expectations realistic and helps avoid a poor fit.
