3.7V 500mAh 1S Li-Po Battery for X5C Drones and RC Model Aircraft

This 3.7V 500mAh lithium-polymer battery is a compact single-section (1S) pack intended for X5C quadcopters and similar micro RC model aircraft. It delivers a nominal 3.7V and a nominal 500mAh capacity, with a charging voltage of 4.2V and a discharge voltage of 2.75V. The pack is rated for 250 to 300 cycles and takes roughly 1.5 to 2 hours to charge at 0.5 to 1A. Four plug options are available: JST red, PH2.0, SM black and XH2.54 white. At 44.6mm long, 25mm wide and 8mm thick, it is sized for small battery compartments, making it a practical spare or replacement pack for routine flying.

Features and Construction

The battery is built around a product A cell in a 1-section combination and includes an outlet terminal protection board. These source-stated construction details define how the pack is assembled and connected. The key electrical figures are a 3.7V nominal voltage, 500mAh nominal capacity, 4.2V charging voltage and 2.75V discharge voltage, with a 250 to 300 cycle rating.

Material and Build

The source lists a product A cell standard and a 1-section cell combination, with an outlet terminal protection board as part of the battery. This describes a single-cell lithium-polymer pack rather than a multi-cell assembly. The protection board sits at the outlet terminal, which is where the chosen plug connects. No additional materials, casing types or internal components are stated in the source, so only these construction details are confirmed here.

Size and Practical Fit

The battery measures 44.6mm in length, 25mm in width and 8mm in thickness. Those dimensions matter when checking whether a replacement pack will sit correctly in a model's battery bay or holder. As a 1S 3.7V 500mAh pack, it is a compact format suited to small drones and model aircraft that use this voltage and capacity class. Buyers should compare the 44.6mm x 25mm x 8mm size against the space available in their model before ordering.

Uses and Placement

This battery is intended for X5C drones and similar RC model aircraft that use a 3.7V 500mAh 1S pack. Its charging and discharge voltages, charge current range and plug options make it a direct-fit candidate where the model's connector and compartment match the stated specifications. It can serve as a replacement for a worn pack or as a spare to extend flying sessions.

Event or Professional Use

For club flying, indoor sessions or other organised RC model activities, carrying a charged spare pack can reduce downtime between flights. The 250 to 300 cycle rating gives an indication of the pack's expected service life under normal use, while the 1.5 to 2 hour charge time at 0.5 to 1A helps with planning a charging routine. The available plug types allow the pack to match different model connectors without adapters.

Everyday Home Use

For casual flying at home, in a garden or at a local park, this 3.7V 500mAh battery provides a compact power source for X5C drones and similar micro aircraft. The four plug choices (JST red, PH2.0, SM black and XH2.54 white) help buyers select the correct connection for their model. Its small 44.6mm x 25mm x 8mm size keeps it easy to store and carry alongside other RC accessories.

Benefits and Buying Value

The main value of this pack lies in its stated electrical figures, compact dimensions and connector options. It is a defined 1S 3.7V 500mAh battery with a known charge voltage, discharge voltage, charge current range and cycle rating. For owners of compatible X5C drones and micro model aircraft, that specificity makes it easier to judge whether the pack suits their model.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

The battery is rated for 250 to 300 cycles, so it is designed to be recharged and reused across many flights. Charging at 0.5 to 1A with a 4.2V charge voltage and a 1.5 to 2 hour charge time fits a straightforward routine. To support the stated cycle life, avoid discharging below 2.75V and keep the pack away from damage, heat and short circuits.

Why Choose This Product

Choose this battery when you need a 3.7V 500mAh 1S pack with a 44.6mm x 25mm x 8mm footprint and a choice of JST red, PH2.0, SM black or XH2.54 white plugs. It is specified for X5C drones and similar RC model aircraft, with a product A cell, 1-section combination and outlet terminal protection board. The source provides no further performance, discharge rate or price claims, so those are not stated.
